With over a decade of experience, Ashley Samaniego stands as a beacon of expertise and excellence in the realm of human performance. 


Ashley's journey into the world of performance and sports science commenced with an insatiable passion for understanding the intricate mechanisms governing human movement. His academic pursuits led him to a Master of Science in Kinesiology, where he delved deep into the realms of biomechanics, exercise physiology, and sport psychology.


His tenure as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist saw him working with athletes from diverse backgrounds and levels of expertise, ranging from aspiring amateurs to professionals. 


Drawing upon the latest research and his own extensive experience, he has developed a perfect recipe comprised of fundamental and cutting-edge training programs tailored to suit the individual needs of each athlete.
